Privacy and data requests

Data subject requests under the GDPR (EU/UK) or DPDP Act 2023 (India) — including access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and consent withdrawal — should be sent to contact@gydexp.com with the subject line Data request.

The grievance officer for India DPDP Act inquiries is reachable at the same address. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and resolve within the statutory timeframe.
