This page summarizes Markoni's intended data processing approach for Customers. It is not a substitute for a signed Data Processing Agreement. Customers with enterprise, compliance or procurement requirements should request a signed agreement.
1. Parties
Provider: DeepNav Experiences Private Limited, operating under the brand GydeXP and providing Markoni.
Customer: the hospitality, travel or experiences operator that uses Markoni.
2. Processing roles
For business contact, website and demo data, Markoni generally acts as an independent controller or equivalent decision-maker.
For Guest, staff, booking and operations data processed on behalf of a Customer, the Customer generally acts as controller or data fiduciary, and Markoni acts as processor, data processor, service provider or technology vendor.
3. Subject matter
Processing of personal data in connection with AI-assisted Guest communication, booking workflows, service requests, staff coordination, upsells, outbound campaigns, reporting and related operations.

6. Processing instructions
Markoni processes Customer data to provide the Services according to the Customer's configuration, signed agreement, documented instructions and applicable law.
7. Confidentiality
Personnel with access to Customer data should be subject to confidentiality obligations or equivalent duties.
8. Security measures
Markoni's intended security measures include access controls, authentication, HTTPS/TLS, encryption at rest where supported, scoped API keys, logging, monitoring, vendor review and incident response processes.
9. Subprocessors
Markoni may use subprocessors for hosting, databases, storage, AI, voice, messaging, email, payments, analytics, monitoring, security and support.
A formal subprocessor list will be published as the enterprise compliance program matures.
10. Data subject requests
If Markoni receives a request relating to Guest data processed for a Customer, Markoni may redirect or coordinate the request with the relevant Customer.
11. Return or deletion
At termination, Customer data may be returned, exported, deleted or archived according to the applicable agreement, legal requirements and technical capabilities.
12. Audits and compliance
Formal audit rights, security questionnaires, compliance evidence and reporting will be handled through signed customer agreements or enterprise procurement processes.
